New developments in Liquid Propulsion Systems by N. Jayan (LPSC, ISRO)

- Jayan Narayanan is the Deputy Director of the Earth Storable Engine & Stages Entity at ISRO's Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre.

- BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and an ME in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

- Since joining ISRO in 1992, he has led the design of cryogenic engines for GSLV and LVM3 and is currently focused on developing earth-storable engines and satellite thrusters.

- He has over 50 publications and has received multiple awards, including the Space Gold Medal in 9 and ISRO team awards in 2008, 2013, and 2016.
